For eligible services, we can agree to supply access with consolidated billing. This requires suitable provider terms and an agreed service contract.
What we agree before starting
- Which models and features are required; providers cannot all be integrated in the same way.
- What data is processed, where it flows, and which provider approvals are needed.
- Usage prices, service fees, budget limits, and how price changes are handled.
- Availability, support, and responsibilities when a model service changes or becomes unavailable.
A central contract does not replace the review of underlying services. We work with procurement, IT, and data protection stakeholders to establish a suitable arrangement.
