n8n training
Understand your workflows and help shape them.
Your team decides how much to manage itself. Key users learn small changes to existing workflows; technical owners focus on operations. We separate these learning goals and practise in an appropriate test environment.
n8n for key users
For employees who want to understand existing workflows and optionally make small changes themselves. We practise in a test environment using examples from your working day.
- Read triggers, steps, and data flows; understand executions and error messages.
- Practise agreed changes to notification text, field mappings, or simple filters.
- Test with sample data, check the impact, and document changes.
- Practise approval and rollback; recognise when a change needs support.
Key users can take on agreed small changes. We define the scope and appropriate access rights together.

How we plan the training
We agree the audience, prior knowledge, and learning goals. You receive a proposal with scope, format, and price. Exercises, materials, time for questions, and a training record form part of the agreed programme. Training is available on its own or alongside implementation.
